OEM
12V Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) batteries are a type of lead-acid valve-regulated battery that are widely used in various applications due to their advanced design and performance characteristics, and this 12V 17AH AGM battery could be used for UPS EPS and portable power station and medical equipments.
Product Advantage
1. Maintenance free- with the gas recombination technology, there is no need to replenish water or sulfuric acid until tht whole life of the battery.
2. Safety- with the valves covering on the acid filling wholes, when the internal pressure is getting higher, the valves will open and release the pressure power and there will be no danger with harm gas or electrolyte.
3. Long Lifespan- at the temperature of 20 degrees, the design lifespan is 10 years and the floating life of the battery could be 3-5 years.
4. Valve-Regulated Design: AGM batteries are valve-regulated, which means they release gases produced during charging through a one-way valve, reducing water loss and eliminating the need for regular maintenance.
5. Absorbent Glass Mat Separator: The absorbent glass mat separator is made of 95% glass fibers, which increases the surface area for the electrolyte and helps maintain a high level of conductivity.
6. High Power Output: AGM batteries can deliver high surge currents and have a high power density, making them suitable for applications requiring high power output, such as engine starting in vehicles.

Product Operate Guide
1.Only batteries or battery packs with the same actual capacity can be used in series. The connection part shall be tight to prevent sparks; in case of poor contact, the contact surtace need to be cleaned with soda water.
2.Only batteries or battery groups with the same actual voltage can be used in parallel, The positive and negative poles shall not be reversed or short circuited.
3.The batteries of the battery pack shall be separated by more than 10 mm to facllitate heat dissipation. Floating charge (limit voltage, control current) use: charging voltage 2.20-2.30V single cell (25ºC). When trickle current is used, the floating charge current of the battery is adjusted to less than 2mAl ah;
4.Determine Requirements: Assess your energy needs to determine the correct battery capacity and quantity.
5.Choose the Right Battery: Select the appropriate type of 12V battery for your application (e.g., AGM, gel, flooded).
6.Acquire Necessary Equipment: Ensure you have the right tools and safety gear for installation.
7.Locate the Battery Bank: Choose a well-ventilated, dry, and level area away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
8.Secure the Batteries: Mount the batteries on non-conductive surfaces using appropriate battery racks or trays.
9.Cable Management: Plan and route the cables to minimize resistance and avoid unnecessary bends.
