On the first charge, the battery should be charged until the remaining fifteen to thirty percent is used before charging, which helps the battery to circulate fully and avoid disrupting the charging cycle.
Do not charge for more than 8-10 hours for the first time to avoid the battery entering an over-float state, thereby reducing the battery life.
The first three charges of a brand new lead-acid battery are very important, and it is recommended to charge the battery in a timely manner when the battery has 10-25% remaining charge, and give enough charging time to keep it in the range of 6-10 hours.
